POP Cats™ Recap: Paws, Purrs, and a Whole Lot of Purple

If you stopped by our booth at POP Cats™ Columbus 2025, you already know: it was magical.
From the moment the doors opened, our catio was a hit—so much so that Homeless to Home described it as feeling like “Cedar Point.” That’s right—there was a constant line of people waiting to visit our cats, and some attendees even got in line multiple times just to come back for more furry snuggles. (We can’t blame them.)
Our bright, colorful setup—complete with cloud-covered walls, leopard-print rugs, and fuzzy purple monster furniture—drew in cat lovers of all ages. But it was the cats who truly stole the show. They explored, played, lounged, and interacted with visitors with a confidence and comfort that reminded us just how resilient and adaptable rescue animals can be.

Not only did we get to share our mission with a wider audience, but we also got to witness something beautiful: kids and adults alike sitting quietly with the cats, petting them gently, asking questions about adoption, and forming those first little bonds of connection. It was exactly why we do what we do.
We’re beyond grateful to POP Cats™ for giving us the opportunity to be part of such a joyful, creative, and mission-driven weekend. And most of all, we’re grateful to every person who visited our catio, asked about adoption, made a donation, or simply took the time to share space with our rescue cats. You reminded us why this work is so important.

If you missed it, don’t worry—our cats are still available for adoption, and you can always reach out to learn more or schedule a visit. Because as much fun as the event was, what we’re really looking for… is forever.
