Our goal is to help you feel more organized, more confident, and less overwhelmed throughout the planning process. This package also is intended to help you make the most of your complimentary ceremony rehearsal and Wedding Emergency Kit that is included with all wedding (& related) rentals of The Woods.

This package includes three (3) full planning consultations to discuss details, ideas, next steps, and approvals. Consultations are typically held by phone or video call, though limited flexibility for in-person meetings may be available on a case-by-case basis.
In addition to your consultations, basic email and/or text communication is included for smaller questions, updates, and quick check-ins throughout the planning process.

She has hosted multiple large-scale craft show fundraisers and festivals here, and can use what she learned from those projects to help you. This service was created to help our renters feel supported and ease the burden on those who struggle with event planning and coordination.

After submitting your form, you can expect to hear from us within 1–3 business days. If you do not receive a response, please feel free to follow up and be sure to check your spam folder. If we’re able to move forward, you’ll receive a service agreement to review and sign.
