When you host a public event at The Woods, we help you get the word out.

On event day, we’ll set up our fun, attention-grabbing roadside “Tube Dude” to help catch the eyes of folks driving by and let them know something special is happening.

We’ll also highlight your event on our roadside sign in the week leading up to it, helping build awareness before the big day arrives.

Beyond that, we’re happy to help spread the word by sharing your event on our social media, including it on our events calendar, and featuring it in The Whisker Weekly. We may also collaborate with you on a Facebook event page to help boost visibility within the community.

If you have flyers, we’re glad to help pass them along as well. And if you’d like a little extra support, you can choose from optional promotional add-ons like Facebook event page creation, custom social media graphics, flyer design, and flyer printing — all easy to add when you book.
