Spring is right around the corner, and with it comes the start of another exciting season at The Woods Park & Pavilion.
As of March 8, 2026, we are officially opening bookings for the 2026 event season. If you’ve been thinking about hosting an event at The Woods this year, now is the perfect time to begin the process.
Over the past year, we’ve been working behind the scenes rebuilding and improving our website, and one of the biggest upgrades is our new booking and tour request system, designed to make planning your event easier than ever.

Every rental at The Woods also helps support Homeless to Home Animal Rescue & Cat Sanctuary, meaning your event contributes directly to helping animals in need.

The 2026 Season Begins April 17
The official first day of the 2026 event season at The Woods will be April 17, 2026.
Because of this, we will not be scheduling or hosting events before that date. If you're planning a spring or early summer event, beginning the booking process early will help ensure you can secure a date that works best for you.

“How do I know if my date is available?”
Our updated website now makes that easy.
On our Schedule a Tour page, visitors can view the availability calendar, allowing you to quickly see which dates are already reserved and which may still be open for booking. This helps potential renters start planning before even reaching out.
If you see a date that could work for your event, the next step is simple.
Requesting a Tour Is Quick and Easy
Our new online tour request form allows you to submit a tour request directly through the website in just a few minutes.
Instead of emailing back and forth to coordinate a time, you can now:
Choose a preferred date for a tour
Provide your contact information
Share basic details about the event you’re planning
Once submitted, we will review your request and follow up to confirm a time.
Tours are an important part of the booking process because they allow potential renters to walk the grounds, ask questions, and review the rental agreement before officially reserving their event date.
Official bookings take place during the walkthrough, when the contract is signed and the deposit is placed.

A Quick Note About Tour Scheduling
We also want to share a quick update with our community.
Our Operations Coordinator, Kimberly, is currently awaiting back surgery and is experiencing significant mobility limitations while she waits for her procedure. Because of this, tours and on-site visits will need to move a bit slower than usual for a little while.
Unfortunately, we were unable to find any assistance for tours during this time, so Kimberly will still be handing all tours. So we kindly ask everyone requesting tours to please be patient and flexible when arranging times.
We truly appreciate your understanding as we navigate this temporary challenge. Your support helps ensure that The Woods can continue welcoming guests while allowing Kimberly the time she needs to recover safely.
