Venue Walkthrough/Tour

Service Description

At a walkthrough of The Woods, we'll tour the venue and discuss all the amenities we have to offer. If you like what you see and want to book a date, then we can accept the deposit at the walkthrough and go over the rental contract. Deposits are $150; $50 in cash and $100 cash or card. Your deposit consists of $100 that is part of the total rental cost and $50 that is our refundable clean up fee. After you event, as long as the contract is upheld and the venue cleaned up after, you get the $50 back.
