Service Description
Capture every meaningful moment of your wedding day with professional photography at The Woods. This package is designed specifically for weddings, ensuring your day is documented from the details you carefully planned to the moments you’ll want to relive for years to come. Photography focuses on a natural, storytelling approach—capturing candid moments, genuine emotions, and the overall atmosphere of your celebration. Coverage includes detailed shots of décor and setup, along with posed bridal party and family portraits to ensure no important memories are missed. Your images will be delivered through a downloadable online gallery, making it easy to view, share, and save your wedding photos. This is a contracted service with flexible coverage options of 4, 6, or 8 hours, with pricing based on the selected package. Additional or customized coverage may be discussed on a case-by-case basis. As part of this offering, 20% of the total package cost is donated directly to Homeless to Home Animal Rescue & Cat Sanctuary, helping support animals in need while you celebrate your special day.
Policies
Photography services through Pouncing Piper Photography are provided as a contracted service and require a non-refundable retainer to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to your event. Services will not be performed, and images will not be delivered until full payment is received. A deposit is made at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable through the Pouncing Piper Photography page of our website. Photography coverage focuses on capturing your event naturally, including candid moments, décor details, and any requested posed shots. Clients are encouraged to communicate specific requests in advance and may designate a day-of contact to assist with coordination. While every effort is made to capture key moments, the photographer is not responsible for missed images due to lack of direction, timeline changes, or uncooperative subjects. Images are delivered as high-resolution JPEG files through a private online gallery, typically within 3 weeks of the event. Galleries remain accessible for 6 months. The photographer retains full copyright ownership but grants the client a personal-use license for downloading, sharing, and printing. Images may not be altered or used for commercial purposes without written permission. The photographer maintains creative discretion over image selection and editing style and may use images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested. The retainer is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session, as well as no-shows, will incur a $50 fee. Rescheduling may be permitted with sufficient notice. If the photographer is unable to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, a substitute may be provided or payments refunded. Liability is limited to the total amount paid. Clients must report any concerns within 30 days of gallery delivery. A photography contract will be issued within 24 - 48 hours of booking via email from Adobe Acrobat, and will be expected to be e-signed within 5 business days. Failure to e-sign the contract will result in a termination of the scheduled booking. If this email is not received within 24 - 48 hours, please check your spam folder and let us know promptly.
