Service Description
Pouncing Piper Photography offers a variety of lifestyle sessions designed to capture life’s meaningful moments beyond The Woods. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone or simply want to preserve a season of life, these sessions provide a relaxed and personalized photography experience. Available session types include family, newborn, engagement, maternity, graduation, hospital “first 48,” weddings, pets, and more. Sessions are offered in two time options: 30-minute session – $125 1-hour session – $225 Photography focuses on a natural, candid style while allowing for lightly guided posing to ensure a balance of genuine moments and polished images. All images are delivered through a downloadable online gallery, making it easy to view, share, and save your photos. These sessions are non-contracted, offering a simple and flexible booking experience.
Policies
Photography services through Pouncing Piper Photography for lifestyle sessions are offered as a non-contracted service with simple and flexible booking. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session date, with the remaining balance due prior to your session. Full payment must be received before services are completed and before images are delivered. The remaining balance should be paid through the Pouncing Piper Photography page of our website. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding payment. Photography focuses on a natural, candid approach while allowing for lightly guided posing when desired. Clients are encouraged to share any specific requests in advance to help ensure important moments are captured. While every effort is made to meet expectations, the photographer is not responsible for missed images due to lack of direction, timing limitations, or uncooperative subjects. Images are delivered as high-resolution JPEG files through a private online gallery, typically within 3 weeks of your session. Galleries remain available for 6 months. The photographer retains full copyright ownership but grants the client a personal-use license for downloading, sharing, and printing. Images may not be altered or used for commercial purposes without written permission. The photographer maintains creative discretion over image selection and editing style and may use images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session, as well as no-shows, will incur a $50 fee. Rescheduling may be accommodated with reasonable notice, depending on availability. If the photographer is unable to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, a reschedule or refund will be offered. Liability is limited to the total amount paid. Clients must report any concerns within 30 days of gallery delivery. After this period, additional edits or requests may be subject to fees.
