When you host a public event at The Woods, we help you get the word out.
On event day, we’ll set up our fun, attention-grabbing roadside “Tube Dude” to help catch the eyes of folks driving by and let them know something special is happening.
We’ll also highlight your event on our roadside sign in the week leading up to it, helping build awareness before the big day arrives.
Beyond that, we’re happy to help spread the word by sharing your event on our social media, including it on our events calendar, and featuring it in The Whisker Weekly. We may also collaborate with you on a Facebook event page to help boost visibility within the community.
Our goal is simple: to help your event feel seen, supported, and set up for success.

Monday - Thursday
Full Day Rental: $400
Friday - Sunday
Full Day Rental: $500

This is a great way to get an idea of everything we have to offer and what is and is not allowed. We try to be very flexible.
All restrictions are purely for the preservation of both our beautiful outdoor locale as well as local wildlife that sometimes comes across the grounds, such as deer.
If there is something you want to do for your event that is not covered by our contract, please ask us! We love hearing all the unique and wonderful ideas our renters have had over the years.
Contract Signed, Now What?
At your tour, you paid at least the deposit and refundable cleanup fee. If there is still a remaining balance on your rental, please ensure it is paid in full no later than 24 hours before your event. For example, if your event setup begins at 10:00 AM on a Saturday, your full payment must be completed by 10:00 AM on Friday.
